asked by our clients. Here we try our best to answer those
questions to the best of our knowledge. Most of the queries
and settings are specific to the configuration of our

FTP Configuration :
We have different types of servers:
- Linux
Based
- Windows
2000 Based
1.
Linux Based Server
Where to upload the files in Linux server :
If your Host Ip : 69.56.128.138 or 64.62.137.173
When you have entered in your ftp account you see many folders, Click
on the "Pubilc.html or WWW" folder from the home directory of the
site. You can upload your html pages into any of these folders. By default
Apache web server will look for index.html page to be the first/main
page of the website.
2.
Windows 2000 Based Server
Where to upload the files in Windows 2000 server :
If
your Host IP: 69.56.138.26
When you have entered in your ftp account you see three
folders, first is "db", second is "logs" and
third is "wwwroot". Click on the "wwwroot" folder from
the home directory of the site. All the html or asp pages
have to be uploaded into "wwwroot" folder. By default
web server will look for default.htm page to be the first/main
page of the website.

Mail Configuration :
For
Linux Servers i.e. 64.62.137.73 & 69.56.128.138 both
your incoming and outgoing server would be mail.yourdomain.com
